Dispatch and Shipment Policy

This notification will include relevant details such as expected delivery time and any tracking information. b. Delivery Window: We strive to deliver orders within the specified delivery window chosen by the customer during the ordering process,We aim to deliver within the chosen window, and expedited options guarantee delivery within 24 to 48 hours.

2. Delivery Areas a. Service Areas: Our delivery services cover specific areas, as outlined during the ordering process. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses within these designated areas.

3. Delivery Times a. Scheduled Delivery: Customers can choose from available delivery slots during the ordering process. While we make every effort to adhere to the schedule, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. b. Late Deliveries: In the event of a delay, we will communicate with the customer to provide updates and revised delivery times.

4. Contactless Delivery a. Contactless Option: To prioritize safety, our default delivery method is contactless. Our delivery personnel will leave the order at the designated delivery point without direct interaction with the customer.

5. Customer Availability

a. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery during the chosen delivery window. If delivery is not possible due to customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

6. Special Instructions

a. Customer Requests: We strive to accommodate special delivery requests whenever possible. Customers can include specific instructions during the ordering process, and we will do our best to fulfill them.

7. Communication

a. Delivery Updates: Customers will receive timely updates regarding the status of their delivery. This may include notifications for order preparation, dispatch, and estimated arrival times.

8. Delivery Issues

a. Damaged or Missing Items: In the rare event of damaged or missing items, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately for resolution. We will review the issue and take appropriate action.

9. Cancellation and Refunds
